Michaela Iovino

A little
about me.

I’m Michaela Iovino, a writer and mother from Slovakia, now at home on the French Riviera. As a child, I wanted to understand the reasons behind the answers I was given. Drawing offered another way to explore, encouraged by my father’s creativity and his curiosity about the world. That wish to look beneath the surface has stayed with me.

For years, I expressed it through cooking. I loved the precision of a professional kitchen and the pleasure of turning an idea into something another person could enjoy. Later, my work shifted to helping people find their way through relocation and administrative procedures. Alongside work and motherhood, yoga and meditation have been part of my life for more than fifteen years.

I Am All That Is, and So Are You brings these experiences together: childhood, love, boundaries, and my evolving relationship with God. I wrote it to understand the life I had lived and share what it had taught me. Here in the journal, I continue with the small moments, difficult choices, and questions that are still unfolding.
